CakeWake is a multi-role platform designed for the cake ordering ecosystem, connecting customers, delivery partners, and vendors through a seamless digital experience. The platform allows users to order custom cakes, track deliveries, and manage vendor operations efficiently.
My Contribution
As the UI Designer, I was responsible for crafting the user interface for all three core apps:
User App: Designed intuitive, visually appealing, and easy-to-navigate screens for customers to browse, customize, and order cakes.
Delivery Partner App: Created streamlined UI for order pickup, delivery tracking, and real-time status updates.
Vendor App: Designed an interface for vendors to manage inventory, accept orders, update delivery timelines, and view analytics.
My Design Process for this app
Discussed the basic requirements and user flows with the client.
Built low-fidelity wireframes for layout clarity.
Created high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma.
Applied brand colors and typography to match the client’s vision.

Delivery Partner App
The Delivery Partner App was designed to help delivery agents manage cake deliveries with maximum efficiency and minimum confusion. The app focused on clarity, simplicity, and real-time status updates to support fast-moving on-ground operations.
Key Features Designed:
New Order Alerts: Real-time notification for new delivery assignments with cake details and pickup location.
Order Details View: Complete information including pickup address, customer address, delivery notes, and estimated delivery time.
Map & Navigation: Integrated map screen for easy route guidance using third-party map services.
Status Update Flow:
Mark as Picked Up
In Transit
Delivered (with OTP verification or image proof)
Delivery History: A list of completed deliveries with timestamps and payment mode (COD/prepaid).
Profile & Support: Delivery partner’s profile, contact support, and earnings summary (if applicable).

Vendor App
The Vendor App was designed to empower bakery owners and vendors to manage orders, update product availability, and stay on top of customer expectations all from a mobile-first interface tailored to their daily operations.
Key Features Designed:
Dashboard Overview: A quick snapshot of total orders, pending pickups, and today’s earnings.
Order Management: Real-time incoming order list with options to:
Accept / Reject orders
Set estimated preparation time
Mark as “Ready for Pickup”
Inventory Management: Add, edit, or remove cake listings with images, pricing, customization options, and availability status.
Notifications: Alerts for new orders, low-stock cakes, and delivery partner updates.
Customer Chat / Call: Quick contact options for clarifying custom cake requests.
Profile & Analytics: Vendor info, operating hours, and basic analytics like top-selling cakes, average prep time, etc.
